What is automation, anyway?
We define Automation as the identifying of one trigger event in a system, to create an action or task in another system, without the need for human intervention. These triggers and actions can be combined into comprehensive automation “engines” that can partially or fully replace 100s if not 1000s of hours of repetitive or labour-intensive tasks, previously carried out by valuable team members.
A recent survey by SmartSheet.com of over 1,000 businesses, revealed that for at least 40% of the businesses surveyed, a quarter of their working week was being wasted on repetitive tasks. Over 60% of businesses felt they could save at least six or more hours per week, per team member, if those repetitive tasks could be eliminated somehow.
Okay, so why do I need it? What’s automation for?
We are offering a full Automation Process consultancy service, which uses middleware to connect disparate services and apps that you are either already using, or that we can set you up with to replace currently manual or offline processes.
There are 1000s of apps that we can connect using this method, meaning events in one system can trigger actions in multiple other systems, saving sometimes HUNDREDS of hours of manual intervention and billable time.
So, you can spend the saved time on what you’re best at: running your business, on-boarding new clients, strengthening the relationship with existing clients, creating content…
What would YOU do with all the hours you could claim back from the repetitive, laborious and (let’s face it) often boring tasks?
These processes apply across a typical small business:
LTF has experience in designing and creating automated marketing systems through websites, email or social media, to nurture your prospects consistently and without manual input.
Let’s face it — this why we’re all in business. Take your ability to collect money online, or even automate it/connect it to other parts of your process.
We have experience in designing and building custom booking and job processing systems for businesses of all kinds.
If your business relies on appointments with customers, then creating a simple but effective online reminder system can dramatically improve customer communication, and retention.
In almost every business, there are opportunities for you to digitally automate part or all of your customer on-boarding process. For example, when a new customer signs a proposal, they could automatically get added to accounting and your CRM; sent an invitation to engage with you on social media; and actions can be triggered such as invoicing.
And that’s just the beginning!
If you want to know more about how LTF can help you with Automation, or have any questions about the competition, email us, tweet at us, find us on LinkedIn or Facebook…
We would accept carrier pigeons, but that would rather defeat the point of our automated systems…
